Abstract

Atlantic Bancorp yesterday completed its acquisition of Citibank (Maine) and will open six branches today as Atlantic Bank, which will have its headquarters at 100 Foden Road in South Portland. The new bank has capital of $219 million and 86 employees. Weston L. Bonney, a former chairman of Peoples Heritage Finbancial Group, is chairman of Atlantic Bancorp. With a list of directors.
