Abstract

Citicorp Park Associates, a real estate partnership, has filed for bankruptcy, and plans to reorganize under Chapter 11 of the U.S. bankruptcy code. The partnership continues to own and operate its primary asset, the two-building Citicorp Park in South Portland. Tenants of the complex include Atlantic Bank, GMAC and insurance companies. Details.
