Abstract

The body of an infant was found wrapped in plastic in an abandoned 1984 Ford Escort in Stockton Springs on October 1. Though residents of the town have a pretty good idea about the identity of the body they are not coming forth with information. Steve McCausland of the state Public Safety Department said the death is considered suspicious. Details.
