"Editorial Page Editor" piece on gubernatorial candidate Jonathan Carter and 2nd District congressional candidate Charles FitzGerald, both running as Maine Green party members. Carter hopes to garner five percent of the vote and boost the status of the Green Party to that of a legally recognized party.
