Abstract

Leaders of the "No more than 4" effort to restrict state lawmakers to four consecutive two year terms yesterday delivered petitions containing 94,000 signatures to state election officials, who plan to ask the attorney general about the constitutionality of the proposal before it is submitted to voters in a referendum.
