Abstract

"Pulse" article reporting that Ducktrap River Fish Farm of Belfast recently won the Maine Businesses for Social Responsiblity's first annual Eagle Feather Award for its innovative employee programs. The company, which produces smoked seafood, has a profit-sharing plan, provides salmon for employees and their families on the 4th of July, donates salt waste to the town for road salt and helps clean up a local river on Earth Day.
