Abstract

Brief article reporting that the Saco City Council and the Biddeford chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution yesterday honored Patrick Cyr, 20, of Saco, for bravery for his May 28 rescue of two toddlers from a van in the Saco River. Cyr pulled 20-month-old Brittany Hoglund and 3-year-old Mark Hoglund Jr. from the van.
