Abstract

Maine '94, the state Democratic Party's campaign to persuade voters to go to the polls on November 8, is being run from 20 offices around the state, with 300 telephone lines for nightly calls by volunteers. The Republican Party has its own program, Victory '94, which finances local candidates and is working to get out the vote. Details.
