Abstract

Results of the latest Portland Press Herald poll, which surveyed 556 likely voters statewide and was conducted in conjunction with the Central Maine Newspapers. The poll shows that Democratic gubernatorial candidate Joseph Brennan maintains a 12-point lead over independent Angus King, and that U.S. represenative Olympia Snowe continues to lead U.S. represenative Thomas Andrews in the U.S. Senate race.
