Abstract

Reed Gramse will be allowed to build a two-story addition to his Cunner Lane home, after the Cape Elizabeth Zoning Board of Appeals refused a town council request to reconsider the board's earlier approval. The town council claimed that the expansion was in violation of the town's wetlands ordinance.
