Abstract

Feature article on the Eastern Plume, a slowly moving underground mass of water laced with chemicals spreading from Brunswick Naval Air Station toward Harpswell Cove. Plans are underway to clean up the polluted water before it has a chance to migrate nearer to the cove. Related story.
