Abstract

Elliott Chamberlain of Scarborough said his ALC Development Corp. will buy 58.6 acres of Camp Ketcha situated along Spurwink Road in Scarborough, approximately one-third of the camp's holdings. He plans to build upscale, colonial-style homes on the property. A group called Friends of Camp Ketcha had been negotiating to purchase the land and place it in a trust for the camp's use.
