Abstract

Bath Iron Works on Wednesday asked a judge to seal some of the company's financial records which have become public because of its tax dispute with the city of Bath. BIW attorneys plan to argue before a state tax appeal board on June 7 that the Bath shipyard has been overvalued by city assessors, and some of the evidence they plan to present could give competitors an unfair edge.
