Abstract

Joseph Lemieux Jr. of Livermore Falls said he will challenge the commission overseeing the Tri-State Megabucks in its ruling against allowing Lemieux to sell his annuity to a Florida financing company for a lump-sum payment. Lemieux was one of nine winners of a $3.3 million jackpot in 1987, and receives annual payments of $18,650.
