Abstract

The Westbrook Housing Authority will participate in the Elderly Independence Program, a program which promotes independent living among the elderly by providing services in private homes. Westbrook was chosen by the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Bureau of Maine's Elderly to participate in the program. List of project rules.
