Abstract

The Maine Supreme Judicial Court upheld a $188,000 summary judgment for United Airlines in a breach-of-contract lawsuit against Hewins Travel Consultants of Portland. The orignal suit against Hewins maintained that the travel agency failed to maintain its quota under a reservation contract.
