Abstract

Portland police have begun a crackdown on the 90 businesses that deal in used goods in Portland. Many of those businesses are ignoring paperwork that helps police find stolen property. Under a city ordinance, businesses that deal in used goods must submit paperwork that details transactions involving used items.
