Abstract

Superior Court justice Kermit V. Lipez said the state Board of Property Tax Review erred when it awarded S. D. Warren Co. a refund of $400,000 on the personal property taxes it paid the city of Westbrook for 1988. Lipez said the board must recalculate the award, and the company should still receive more than $200,000.
