Abstract

The Portland advertising and public relations firm of Holt, Hughes & Stamell has won a $2 million account to promote Chile's image in the United States, beating out two New York-based industry giants in the process. The firm recently won a $1 million account to do promotion for the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway, and has done work for the Chilean government before.
