Abstract

United Bikers of Maine has formally asked the Baxter State Park Authority to change the park rules, which do not allow motorcycles into Baxter. The 5,000-member motorcycle club will consider going to court if the rule, which stems from Governor Percival Baxter's own wishes, is not changed.
