Abstract

Portland City Council candidate Robert "Danny" Lee has filed a criminal complaint against Mayor Charles Harlow, charging Harlow with breaking the law by signimg four of the seven nomination petitions submitted to qualify for the ballot in the upcoming May 4 election. Harlow admitted earlier this week that he had acted wrongly, calling it an honest mistake.
