Abstract

Maine Department of Administration and Financial Services Commissioner Sawin Millett announced that an appeals hearing has been granted to Envirotest Systems Corp. of Arizona, which is challenging the award of an auto-emissions contract to Systems Control Inc. of Sunnyvale, Calif. Envirotest claims that Systems Control won the contract by making false and misleading statements.
