Abstract

Laurie Sprague, 29, formerly of Sanford, is seeking to collect the $1 million awarded her last year for injuries she received from a 1985 incident in which David E. Hanson, who had been stalking Sprague's mother, shot at the car in which Sprague was riding. Hanson is currently serving a 17 1/2 year sentence at the Maine State Prison.
