Abstract

The South Portland City Council yesterday tentatively approved adding $450,000 to the proposed $16 million municipal side of the budget. About $60,000 of the increase would be used to keep the branch library open and $222,913 wouled be used to maintain bus service. Road repaving would use another $150,000.
