Abstract

Hundreds of people watched as the muralist Wyland neared completion of the ocean scene he is painting on the side of the 950-foot-long Bath Iron Works building near the Maine State Pier. The mural, one of Wyland's Whaling Walls, is scheduled to be dedicated at the beginning of the 21st Annual Old Port Festival today.
