Abstract

The Maine Senate approved a bill to overturn a 1992 Maine Supreme Judicial Court ruling that curbed medical benefits for workers with occupational diseases. The measure, still to be signed by the governor, would allow diseased workers to claim benefits even if not yet incapacitated.
