Abstract

Brief article reporting that Ducktrap River Fish Farm Inc. in Belfast has recalled packages of cold smoked salmon sold under the Kendall Brook and Winter Harbor labels because of potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. Listeria presents problems to the elderly, preganant women and their fetuses, and those with weak immune systems.
