Abstract
Cumberland, Hancock and Lincoln counties have been designated as eligible for federal assistance to deal with spring flooding, joining the nine other Maine counties which have already received that designation. A federal disaster designation means communities are eligible for 75 percent matching federal aid for flood-related expenditures.
