Abstract

R. Dwight Ware Jr., who drowned at age 17 when his canoe capsized in Sebago Lake in 1943, will have a wooden plaque with an inscription on it erected in his honor. Ware's twin brother John Ware, a doctor in Iowa, returned to Maine last week to commission the plaque to mark the place where his twin died.
