Abstract
Project 4-WARD, aimed at Portland-area students between the ages of 16 and 20, is a new employment program which gives young people who might be at risk of not finishing school an opportunity at real-world work. The 12- to 16-week program is federally funded and administered through the Cumberland County Training Resource Center. Details.
