Abstract

Lisa A. Cunningham, 29, and her boyfiend, David N. Wallace, 25, will be arraigned on in Wiscasset District Court on July 20 for having chained Cunningham's 11-year-old son in the basement of their Nobleboro home on several occasions while they went off to work. They are charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
