Abstract

The Maine State Police's Criminal Investigation Division has taken over the investigation into the death of Elizabeth Morris, who was killed when a piece of concrete smashed into her windshield as she was driving on the Maine Turnpike in Biddeford. The chunk of concrete is currently being analyzed at the Federal Bureau of Investigation crime laboratory in Virginia.
