Abstract

District Attorney David Crook has charged an assistant to Public Safety Commissioner John Atwood with trying to intimidate him relative to his criticism of the Bureau of Intergovernmental Drug Enforcement (BIDE). A request has also been made for a federal investigation of BIDE's handling of an investigation of District Attorney Janet T. Mills. Details.
