Abstract

Linda Bean, the unsuccessful GOP candidate in the First Congressional District, yesterday lashed out at the Republican state hierarchy and at Chairman Edward O'Meara, whom she accused of "fighting to exclude people and playing the game of political favoritism and party bossism, instead of building an inclusive, active leadership party." Bean lost the recent election by nearly a 2-1 margin.
