Fiber Materials of Biddeford, indicted last week by a federal grand jury, could be barred from bidding on federal defense contracts if it is found to be guilty on charges of successfully conspiring to export to India controls for a press that processes carbon/carbon, which is used in missile nosecones and rocket nozzles. Founded 22 years ago, Fiber Materials employs 250 people.
