Paula Redmond of Topsham is seeking an unspecified amount of damages in her suit against Bic Corporation, which manufactured the disposable lighter that Redmond said is responsible for the death of her three children in a house fire in November 1984. The trial began Monday in Cumberland County Superior Court.
