Abstract

Byron Campbell of Georgetown was awarded $150,000 in damages after a U.S. District Court jury found that Bath Iron Works had retaliated against Campbell for complaining about discrimination. The jury also found that BIW did not discriminate against Campbell because of his age, as Campbell had charged. Details.
