Abstract

Pine Tree Legal Assistance, a non-profit which provides legal services for the state's poor, has sued the state for allegedly violating competitive-bidding rules. At issue is a contract to provide assistance and advocacy services for people eligible for benefits under the Rehabilitation Act.
