Abstract

Thore Aatlo of Portland was sentenced to one month in jail and five months of house arrest and ordered to pay $3,500 in restitution for racially harassing a Portland woman in February of this year. The sentence imposed by U.S. Magistrate Judge David M. Cohen is the minimum allowed under federal guidelines for a criminal violation of civil rights.
