Abstract

The state is asking Kennebec County to pay the $18,650 in overtime racked up by two Maine Youth Center guards who supervised a Kennebec County girl round-the-clock for 30 days. Kennebec County Commissioner Charles Dow believes the bill is excessive, and has declined to pay it so far. Details.
