Abstract

Mt. Ararat School's substance abuse counselor Maurice Moody says he saw old patterns starting against in the life of Harpswell teen Brad S. Barter who was the driver in a fatal car crash on November 17. Three of the four teenagers involved died. The Cumberland County Sheriff's Department is investigating. Details.
