Abstract

Former Pineland Center worker Christopher Mingo denied yesterday that he had tormented or abused the mentally retarded man he cared for at the center. He also accused a prosecution witness of lyingon the witness stand. Mingo and co-worker Daniel Beggs were both fired in 1991 after misdemeanor charges were filed.
