Abstract

Charles R. Packevicz, 20, of Cumberland, shattered his spinal cord in a motorcycle accident in June, and is currently undergoing treatment at Maine Medical Center. Willow Tree Development of Attleboro, Mass., and local residents are teaming up to construct a handicapped accessible, 676-square-foot addition to the house of Packevicz's mother. Details.
