Abstract

Edwin C. Rogers, 26, of Portland, has been indicted on federal charges of possessing LSD with intent to distribute it. Rogers is alleged to be the supplier who provided LSD to three Cape Elizabeth juveniles who were recently arrested for sale of the drug.
