Abstract

Russell Turner established Raoul's Roadside Attraction as the Portland nightspot during the 1980s, and most recently helped launch the Whale Wall Market at the Maine State Pier. Now Turner plans to renovate the State Theater and turn it into a venue for music, film and theater. Details.
