Abstract

Thomas and Vicki Lynn Higgins, former owners of Midcoast Fitness Club in Bath, have filed for protection from creditors in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Portland under Chapter 7. The Higginses were criticized earlier this year when they continued to sell memberships to their club up to two days before closing the facility.
