Abstract

Portland city manager Robert B. Ganley has authorized spending another $220,000 on Hadlock Field renovations, saying he will pay for the cost overrun out of the city's operating budget. The estimated cost of the stadium is now at $2 million, well above the $1.5 million budget approved by the city council last year. Details.
