Abstract

Because of ongoing feuds among lobstermen, the Maine Department of Marine Resources has banned the hauling of traps in Portland Harbor between 4 P.M. and 6 A.M. The ban will last 90 days. In recent weeks about 500 traps, worth about $25,000, have been cut free deliberately by lobstermen.
