Abstract
Portland earlier this year ended a longtime ban on ice cream trucks, and now two companies, Captain Cal's and A.G. Ice Cream of Dover, N.H., compete for business in the city. John Barry is one of the independent contractors who leases a truck and buys his product from A.G. Ice Cream.
