Abstract

A fire in Biddeford Friday night which destroyed six apartments in two buildings and killed 2-year-old Ashley Alvarez of Massachusetts was the result of arson, and police have classified the case as a homicide. Some members of the Biddeford Fire Department have been accused of being slow to try and rescue the girl. Details.
